This Refund Policy explains how Xpert Mania handles refunds, cancellations, replacements, store credit, and disputes for digital products, software, source code, scripts, themes, plugins, services, memberships, wallet deposits, and downloadable assets purchased through our website.
Because our products are digital and can be copied, downloaded, activated, licensed, or used immediately after purchase, all sales are treated as final unless this policy clearly says otherwise. This protects Xpert Mania, our sellers, developers, license partners, and genuine customers from misuse, unauthorized copying, and fraudulent refund claims.
1. Digital Product Sales Are Final
Once an order is paid, delivered, downloaded, accessed, licensed, shared, or otherwise made available to the customer, the order becomes non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to source code, scripts, WordPress themes, plugins, templates, SaaS kits, automation tools, digital services, courses, memberships, license keys, account access, and downloadable files.
By purchasing, the customer confirms they understand that digital goods cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods.
2. When We May Approve a Refund
Xpert Mania may approve a refund, replacement, repair, or store credit only in limited cases, at our sole discretion, including:
- The purchased file is technically corrupted and our team cannot provide a working replacement.
- The product materially does not match the main product description at the time of purchase.
- The customer paid twice for the same item by clear payment-system error.
- The order was charged but no product, access, license, or service was delivered after verification.
In most approved cases, our first remedy is repair, replacement, corrected access, license reissue, or store credit. Cash refunds are not automatic.
3. Cases Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind, accidental purchase, or no longer needing the product.
- Failure to read the product description, requirements, compatibility notes, delivery type, or license terms.
- Requests made after downloading, viewing, copying, activating, or using the product.
- Installation issues caused by unsupported hosting, wrong server version, missing dependencies, third-party conflicts, or customer-side changes.
- Products that were modified, resold, transferred, nulled, cracked, shared, leaked, or used outside the license terms.
- Custom work, setup services, consultation, support time, or any service already started or completed.
- Wallet deposits, gift cards, promotional balances, vouchers, bonus credits, rewards, or membership fees unless required by law or caused by a verified billing error.
- Payment gateway fees, currency conversion costs, bank fees, crypto network fees, tax, or third-party processing charges.
- Delays caused by the customer not providing required information, credentials, domain access, server access, or verification details.
4. Support Before Refund
Customers must give Xpert Mania a fair chance to inspect and resolve the issue. We may request screenshots, videos, server error logs, order ID, product URL, access details, or a temporary test environment. If the customer refuses reasonable troubleshooting or does not respond, the refund request may be closed.
5. Refund Request Window
Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase unless a specific product page states a different period. Requests after this period may be handled as support, replacement, or store-credit cases only.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Xpert Mania may result in account suspension, license suspension, cancellation of support, cancellation of pending orders, and restriction from future purchases. We reserve the right to submit order records, download logs, access logs, license activation data, communication history, and delivery proof to the payment provider.
7. Fraud, Abuse, and License Protection
If we detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, resale, reverse engineering, license bypassing, fake claims, repeated refund misuse, or suspicious payment activity, Xpert Mania may deny the refund, revoke access, deactivate license keys, remove download access, suspend the account, and preserve evidence for legal or payment-provider review.
8. Approved Refund Method
If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method where technically possible. Processing time depends on banks, gateways, card networks, crypto providers, or local payment systems. We are not responsible for third-party delays or deductions.
9. Store Credit
At our discretion, Xpert Mania may provide store credit instead of a cash refund. Store credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may expire if unused according to the terms shown in the customer account or issued credit note.
10. Policy Updates
Xpert Mania may update this Refund Policy at any time. The policy shown on the website at the time of request will apply unless a mandatory law requires otherwise.

To request review, contact support with your order ID, account email, product name, issue details, and evidence. We will review the request fairly while protecting the company, creators, and genuine customers.
